What is Manglik dosha
One of the deadliest fears in the Hindu society with respect to marriage is the presence of Manglik Dosha in the natal horoscope. Manglik dosha occurs, when mangal is placed in the ascendant, 4th, 7th, 8th or 12th house of the natal chart. In south majority of the astrologers include the 2nd house also .

Cancellation of Manglik Dosha :
If Mangal has an aspect or is conjunct with Guru/Shukra, then Mangal dosha gets cancelled.
Manglik Dosha gets cancelled, if both the girl and the boy have MangalDosha.
Mangal dosha gets canceled When Mangal is in Exaltation in 4th hse, its own sign Mesha in 12 th hse, in Karka Rashi in 8th hse or in the houses owned by planets considered to be his friends viz., Ravi, Guru and Chandra.
If Mangal is in the 2nd house, but in the signs of Mithuna or Kanya.
For Karka and Simha lagnas, Mangal is a yoga Karaka and hence no dosha wherever it is placed.
If benefic Guru or Sukra occupies the ascendant.
If Mangal is in conjunction or aspected by Shukra, Guru or Chandra.
If Mangal is in conjunction or aspected by Ravi, Budha, Sani or Rahu.
Mangal Dosha is reduced, if Shani aspects the houses owned by Mangal, but subject to careful study of other yogas in the natal chart.
Effect of Mangal Dosha, gets reduced after completing the age of 28,

Remedies For Mangal dosha
People who are having Mangal Dosha should marry a person having the same Dosha. Worship Lord Hanuman daily, They must visit the temple of Lord Hanuman on Tuesdays & do abhishek with chameli oil & sindoor. Do Mangal Shanti Homa.
